What is the Bird Patch Club Subscription?

Bird Collective’s Patch Club is a subscription service that delivers a newly released bird patch to subscribers each month at a discounted rate. Members automatically receive the latest patch designs, and some species are exclusive to subscribers.

How does the subscription work?

1. Join the Patch Club by choosing either a recurring monthly subscription or a prepaid plan (6 or 12 months).

2. Receive a surprise bird patch each month, attached to a trading card–sized backing. Each card features information about the species on the back making every patch fun, educational, and collectible

3. You can update your payment information, shipping address, or pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Bird Collective website.

Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?

The subscription is flexible, allowing subscribers to cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment period, providing convenience and control over your subscription.

Can I choose the bird species for each patch?

Each month, Bird Collective selects and designs a new bird species for a patch, kept a surprise until delivery—adding a fun element of discovery for subscribers.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

New ongoing subscriptions will renew on the 5th of month. Having all of the subscriptions renew on the same day streamlines the shipping process and keeps our shipping costs low. Pre-paid subscriptions are paid in full upon your first order, and you will receive each patch on the same day of the following month.

How do I send these as a gift?

Simply enter the recipient's name and mailing address in the shipping section during checkout. Please note that we do not provide gift notes, so you will need to directly inform the recipient of their gift. Our pre-paid options make a great choice for this.One thing to keep in mind when gifting a subscription, though, is that the management dashboard is only available to the account holder who purchased the subscription.

How are the patches designed and produced?

You can manage your subscription at any time by registering and logging in at https://www.birdcollective.com/account. Once logged in, navigate to the ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION’ section in your profile. There, you can update your payment information, change your shipping address, or pause or cancel your subscription as needed.
