If you would like to cancel an order please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.
We cannot change the contents of your order. If your order is not correct, contact us immediately to cancel your order so you can place a new one.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not accountable for autofill features; please verify that the autofilled address is accurate. If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. We can only modify shipping addresses for unprocessed orders. Once an order is processed, we can no longer change the shipping address. Additionally, we cannot contact the carrier or provide delivery instructions on behalf of customers.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will refund the items returned. You can then reorder the items from our store. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for mail forwarding failures that result in your package being returned to the sender.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order as delivered.
Delivery Confirmation & Missing Packages
Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If your package is marked as delivered but has not yet arrived, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be delivered.
In the meantime, we recommend checking:
• Your mailbox or parcel locker
• Any safe spots around your home (front door, side door, garage, back entrance, etc.)
• With a building manager, front desk, or mailroom (if applicable)
• With neighbors in case it was mistakenly delivered nearby
If your package has not arrived within 3 days of the delivery confirmation, please contact us at support@birdcollective.com. We will do our best to assist you in locating it, but we are unable to replace or refund orders that show a confirmed delivery.
For added security, we recommend selecting a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package or using a secure pickup option if offered by the carrier.
Shipping speeds are not guaranteed. We do our best to prioritize expedited packages and will ship with the speed that you choose. We process most orders within 5 business days. During holidays and or times of large volume there may be delays in processing your order. We can not change the shipping speed after your order has been placed. We can not offer refunds for shipping delays.
