There is no commitment when you sign up for our monthly subscription. You can cancel any time before your next order processes. Pre-paid subscriptions, however are non-refundable.

Every month we release a brand new patch, so with the exception of the current month's patch, you won't receive any of the patches currently for sale on our website.

All subscriptions will renew on the same day of the following month as the initial subscription date. Pre-paid subscriptions are paid in full upon your first order, and you will receive each patch on the same day of the following month.

Simply enter the recipient's name and mailing address in the shipping section during checkout. Please note that we do not provide gift notes, so you will need to directly inform the recipient of their gift. Our pre-paid options make a great choice for this.

One thing to keep in mind when gifting a subscription, though, is that the management dashboard is only available to the account holder who purchased the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by registering and logging in at www.birdcollective.com/account/. Once logged in, navigate to the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' section on your profile, and then click on 'Cancel Subscription'.
